if no lift is accessible, our delivery team can get your products upstairs. the fee is based on the numbers of stairs.

please kindly make sure the entrance, lift or stairwell of your place is large enough for the products to fit in.
if there is no one to receive the goods delivered. additional fee may be incurred for rescheduling a delivery.
